Not actually an apartment but is in fact a large Haus. Upstairs it has three bedrooms and downstairs there is a very large living room - 50 square metres in size and with an open fire! There is a good sized fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Off the entrance hall there is a separate toilet. There is also a large south facing terrace which is beautiful in the late season. 

The house is situated very close to the slopes and the main apres ski bars giving you the possibility of an almost ski in / ski out location.

There is also a ski & boot storage room attached to the haus. As well as

the open fire in the living area the apartment also features full central heating to keep you nice and cozy. There is also a washing machine in the house.

So if you are looking for somewhere with a lot of space, amazing views and a great position then this haus would be for you.

Lounge

The lounge is quite amazing in this apartment, not only is it large (40 sq meters) but it also has an open Fire - logs for the fire are provided. There is a large leather corner sofa, smart HD TV and DVD player. The long solid oak dining table is perfect for great meals and an evening in front of the fire with a nice bottle of wine. There are nice views from the south facing windows. 

Kitchen & Dining Area

As you would expect in such a haus the kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with everything that you will need - dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob, washing machine and all the plates / cutlery / cooking utensils that you could wish for. There is also a large fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster & kettle. The dining table has both bench seating and chairs. 

Bedroom 1

The main bedroom is of a good size and comes with three single beds. There is an en-suite bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is fitted with a large five door floor to ceiling wardrobe giving you more than enough room for all of your clothing. There is also a door leading out to a large balcony.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom is also a good size and comes with an "Austrian twin bed" for either a couple or two singles. There is good storage space in the double wardrobe and a south facing window.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is smaller than the other two bedrooms but

still a reasonable size and comes with two single beds, ideal for children or for two singles. There is storage space for your clothing in the triple wardrobe.

Bathroom

The main bathroom features a cabin shower, wash basin & toilet. We also supply top quality bath sheets (very big towels!) and hand towels. 

Location

The haus is situated in a great position that is both close to the slopes and the apres ski bars that St.Anton is famous for! You can walk (or stumble) home from the Mooserwirt in 1 or two minutes. Also if you like you can ski pretty much right up to the haus from the slopes. As you will see from these photos there are amazing views from all the rooms.
